Information we collect

Contact details — your email address when you join the waitlist or place a pre-order.

Purchase metadata — order ID, product purchased and order status, provided by our payment provider when you pre-order.

Usage data — anonymous, aggregated product analytics once you use the app.

Payments

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). Creem collects and remits VAT and sales tax where applicable and handles your payment details directly. We never receive your full card information.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver the service and early access, to send transactional emails (receipts, launch and access notices), and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum and do not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, it will be cookieless or clearly disclosed on this page.

Data sharing

We share data only with the providers required to run MotifLab: Creem (payments), our hosting provider (currently Vercel), and our email delivery provider.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing 125880731@qq.com. We comply with the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA obligations applicable to us.

Data retention & security

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and protect it with industry-standard measures.
