Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of MotifLab's AI-assisted music generation features, including AI-assisted chord, melody, lyric, and arrangement suggestions ("AI Output"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Sexually explicit content — strictly prohibited

You may not create, request, or distribute sexually explicit content in AI-generated music, lyrics, or any other output of the service. This prohibition applies to all output and to all features.

We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes minors. Any attempt to create such content results in immediate account termination, deletion of the offending content, and a report to the relevant authorities and child-safety organizations.

Prohibited content

In addition to the above, you may not use the service to create or distribute content that promotes hatred or discrimination; harasses, defames, or defrauds; incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm; impersonates a real person without their consent (including synthetic imitations of a real person's voice); or is unlawful under applicable law.

Prohibited uses of the tool

You may not: reproduce copyrighted songs, melodies, or lyrics, or upload audio you do not own or have the rights to; use AI Output to train, fine-tune, or improve competing machine-learning models; scrape, reverse-engineer, or create automated bulk access to the service; resell, sublicense, or share account access; circumvent usage limits, security controls, or payment requirements; or use the service in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Enforcement

We may review content and account activity for compliance with this AUP. Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of your account. No refund is issued for accounts terminated for violating this AUP.

If you become aware of content or behavior that violates this AUP, report it to 125880731@qq.com. We acknowledge reports promptly and take appropriate action.
